(DIRECTOR) Founder, Director, Choreographer of Xtreme Dance Force, the number one Hip Hop and Jazz/Lyrical dance troupe in the Midwest. Renzetti, recently featured on the cover of Dance Teacher Magazine, began his training at age 8 in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop. Renzetti now travels all over the country for Master Workshops, Intensives and dance studios guest teaching and setting choreography. Renzetti trained in Hollywood, CA with top Choreographers and teachers. Renzetti has appeared in the Show “Pop Stars 2,” Lead Singer and Dancer for (Big Idea’s) Veggie Tales “Jonah,” the national syndicated TV show “Health and Lifestyles Weekly,” and other top shows and performances across the country. Recently Renzetti choreographed the Nationally Televised MLS All-Star Game Half-Time Show Featuring Recording artist Lupe Fiasco. Renzetti’s work has received National acclaim and overall awards for Choreography/Entertainment by top industry competitions. Renzetti’s group, Xtreme Dance Force are 9-time Starpower International Victory Cups holders. Xtreme Dance Force was also rated one of the top 5 dance companies in the USA by Dance Spirit Magazine. Renzetti has trained dancers who have gone on to dance in major motion pictures, music videos, live celebrity tours, award shows and numerous commercials. (CO-DIRECTOR) JC Renzetti, Co-Director of Xtreme Dance Force, grew up and resides in the Chicagoland area. With a credited bachelors degree in Political Science from UIC, JC trained in jazz, tap, ballet, acro and hip hop since age 7. Through his performing and training years, JC lived in the competition limelight winning countless overall 1st place awards and being offered scholarships throughout the country. He was recently featured as a top 10 finalist with Xtreme Dance Force on MTV’s Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance Crew Season 2. JC was also an assistant hip hop coach on MTV’s hit show MADE. He has performed and opened up for several top recording artists such as Ludacris, Ciara, Twista and Soulja Boy. JC has also been showcased in top shows in Las Vegas. He was a choreographer for the internationally broadcast MLS All Star Game Half-Time Show featuring top recording artist Lupe Fiasco on ESPN. He is also a choreographer for the NBA Detroit Pistons dance team Automotion. JC continues teaching all over the country while he sets award winning hip hop routines for numerous dance studios and companies. Since becoming Co-Director of Xtreme Dance Force, the company has opened up for celebrity recording artists such as Chingy, Tyrese, Bow Wow and Mims, just to name a few. JC is currently choreographing and working with brand new up and coming recording R&B artist Stevie Brock (recently signed with Mosley Music Group/Interscope Records). He was a part of the Dance Power Express faculty for 2 years, and was also an instructor on the dance convention/competition WILD. JC is also a dancer/model/actor for the top recognized agency, CTG, Clear Talent Group.
(CO-DIRECTOR) Brenna has been dancing for 13 years and teaching for the past 5 years. She started dancing on BDA dance company and then joined Xtreme Dance Force in 2007 and was a dancer on the company for 7 years. Brenna has traveled regionally and nationally and played a huge role on the company helping Xtreme win 7 Starpower World Victory Cups. Brenna has had the opportunity to work with top choreographers such as Bobby Newberry, Nika Kljun, Bryan Tanaka, Kevin Maher, Hannah Wintrode, Matt Steffanina, Matt Cady, Kyle Hanagami, Robert Hoffman,Nick Bass and many more. Brenna has always had a passion for teaching and working with kids as she has worked as an assistant Co Director and guest choreographer for Xtreme over the years. Brenna was awarded dancer of the year many times while she was on Xtreme and was chosen as Captain of her division her last 2 years. She is currently pursuing her bachelors degree and working for Xtreme full-time as a Co Director this coming season!
(CO-DIRECTOR) Jory Bowling grew up in Bartlett, IL. Having over 30 years of dance experience behind her, she received her training from well-known studios, Youman School of Dance, Goldens School of Dance and the famous Giordano Dance Center. She studied with such notables as Cindy Engel, Ellen Werksmen, Natalie Rast, and Nan & Gus Giordano. Also as a competitor, she was one of the first members of the highly recognized Midwest Movement under Ted Jackson. Jory went on to train in the Theater Department of Northern Illinois University, where she studied Ballet, Pointe & Modern extensively. Her professional credits include one of the choreographers and dancers in the Las Vegas Revue “The Dream King” starring Trent Carlini, whom she also traveled and performed with in Toronto, The Star Plaza in Indiana, The Paramount Theater in Aurora and White Sox Elvis Night. In addition, for many years, she choreographed and danced for the Chicago White Sox special event games such as Classic Rock Night, Elvis Night and more. Jory has taught multiple forms of dance to all ages since High School. She specializes in Jazz, Jumps/Turns, Lyrical, Stretch & Strength, and Ballet. From 2004-2010, she was full-time director of the award winning competitive team Powerhouse Dance Company. After only 2 years on the competition circuit, Dance Teacher Magazine named them as one of the “50 Studios on the Move” in their 2007 special issue of 50 studios with top competition accolades across the country. Her students have gone on to teach, adjudicate, dance on college dance teams, become cast members at Disney World, and actors/dancers in commercials, movies, music videos and concert tours! Jory started judging competitions in 2001 with Starpower and continued on with Nexstar and Revolution. Currently she enjoys and spends the competition season judging for Starquest, Bravo and Applause. In the Fall & Winter, Jory is hired to clean competition pieces and guest teaches at suburban studios as well as teaches technique to a High School Dance Team. Jory is known for her attention to detail and her technical knowledge. She enjoys working with students of all ages and is happy to be a part of Xtreme!
(CO-DIRECTOR) Nichole has been dancing since she was 4. At age 12 Nichole joined Xtreme Dance Force when it started in 2002 and danced with the company until she graduated High School in 2008. Nichole has been trained in Hip-Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, Modern and Contemporary. While on Xtreme Dance Force she was a part of the group that won the first victory cup for the company in 2006 and followed that with 2 more in 2007 and 2008. She has received scholarships and numerous overall top scores while participating in conventions and competitions regionally and nationally. Through Xtreme she had the opportunity to work directly with Jesse Santos, Tabitha and Napoleon D'umo, David Moore, Kevin Maher, Brian Friedman, Dave Scott, Sky Hoffman, Nick Bass, Tokyo, Bobby Newberry, Leslie Scott, Laurie Ann Gibson, D. Woods, Marty Kudelka, Chris Jacobsen and Jayson Wright. Nichole has also been instructed by Avnun Yakubov, Nikki Del Rae, Sarah Ford, Sam Renzetti, JC Renzetti, and Alvin Ramirez. Also while on Xtreme she performed in the opening dances for Ciara, Ludacris and performed in the MLS half time show with Lupe Fiasco. Nichole also performed with Xtreme at Urbanite, Taste of Chicago, Dance Chicago, and various other performance opportunities. In 2003 Nichole was casted as one of the dancers in a commercial for Value City. During her high school years from 2004-2008 she also participated in the Neuqua Valley High School Orchesis Dance Team. During her Junior and Senior years she was given the opportunity to choreograph dances for their annual show. In 2008-2009 she assisted JC Renzetti with Team hip hop and taught at the Center. In 2009 she moved to Los Angeles. From 2009 to 2011 she studied dance in Los Angeles taking classes from various instructors at Millennium and Debbie Reynolds studio. While in California she attended Santa Monica College and UEI to pursue studies in the medical field. In 2011 she moved back to Naperville and rejoined the Xtreme Staff as a Co-Director for Crew Hip Hop and an Instructor at the Center. Nichole received her Nursing Degree and Certification in 2016. Being a nurse and teaching dance are both long time dreams of hers. Working with the crew kids and teaching the Children's program classes have given her a new insight on the dance world because she has the opportunity to enlighten the young kids she teaches and spark their interest in dance.
(Co-Director) Kelsey started her dance training at the age of three in Boise, Idaho. She has performed in countless productions and competitions across the country. She has been trained in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Hip Hop and Contemporary. Kelsey competed with S&R Dance Company in Freeport, IL under the direction of Mary Berryhill and Nikki Spinden-Meagher where she gained the majority of her technical jazz and lyrical training until the age of 16. While living in Freeport, Kelsey also had extensive ballet training from Jill Johnson, founder of Studio 121. From there Kelsey moved on to further her pre–professional dance training at Xtreme Dance Force, under the direction of Samuel Renzetti. During her time at Xtreme, her team took home two Starpower National Victory Cups. Kelsey has studied with world famous Hip Hop choreographers including, Tabitha and Napoleon D’Umo, Kevin Maher, Jesse Lee Santos, Brian Friedman, Marty Kudelka, and Sky Hoffman and has had the pleasure of taking from Mia Michaels and Nick Lazzarini among other groundbreaking choreographers. She and her teammates performed at the halftime show for the 2006 Major League Soccer All-Star game starring Lupe Fiasco and was the opening act for major Rap artists Chingy, Chamillionaire and Tyrese. In May 2011, Kelsey graduated from Elmhurst College with her B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in dance. She was chosen multiple times to set pieces on her peers based on her choreography. Kelsey was also chosen to be a soloist performer in each final showcase. Her dance experience at Elmhurst College helped her develop a more honed choreographic style and technique. Kelsey has been teaching and choreographing for over a decade. Her dances and choreography have been recognized in high point and overall awards at competitions along with special judges awards. She has been honored to be a guest Teacher / choreographer and judge at many Northern Illinois studios. Kelsey is excited to be home at Xtreme and is looking forward to sharing her passion and joy for dance with everyone that she can!
(ASST. CO-DIRECTOR) Samantha has been dancing since she joined Xtreme Dance Force in 2006. She danced with the company for 8 seasons, where she received extensive training in hip-hop. While dancing on the company, she primarily assisted JC Renzetti with the Team Division of Xtreme Dance Force, but frequently assisted Alvin Ramirez and Sam Renzetti at studios in and out of state as well. Throughout this time, Samantha was awarded scholarships individually and contributed to many group awards including 4 national titles with the Force Division. After graduating from high school, she continued dancing for 5 seasons with The Puzzle League, one of the top dance crews in the Midwest. During this time they were awarded several titles in and out of state, including first place at World of Dance Chicago, Las Vegas, and Orlando. Samantha has taught and assisted at numerous studios throughout the Midwest, in addition to various studios in New York and Virginia. In 2015, she appeared as a principal dancer on the season finale of the hit FOX show "Empire." She is currently interning at Margie Korshak, Inc., and earning a degree in Communications and Media with a double minor in Cinema Studies and PR & Advertising at DePaul University.
(CO-DIRECTOR) Devon is from Toronto and has been since a young age. He has had the opportunity in choreographing for such projects as The Toronto Film Festival as well the tap scenes in the movies; Honey, Universal Pictures and Save The Last Dance 2 MTV.
He’s appeared in music videos for such artists as; Chris Brown-New Flame, Chris Brown-Loyal, Chris Brown-Turn Up The Music, NeYo-Beautiful Monster, David Guetta+Chris Brown-I Can Only Imagine, Timbaland-Cop That Disc, Snoop+Wiz-Young,Wild n’ Free, BoA-Energetic, K-OS-Superstar + Crab Bucket, Mark Ballas-Get My Name, Yasmeen-Blue Jeansand many more. Devon has also performed on TV and stage with artists such as; the Billboard Awards w/ Michael Jackson hologram tribute, the VMA’s w/ Justin Timberlake, the V.M.A.’s, Billboard Awards, BET Awards, DWTS and Carpe Diem Tour w/ Chris Brown, So You Think You Can Dance w/ Ne-Yo, DWTS w/ Jason Derulo, DWTS w/ Mark Ballas, DWTS w/ Macy’s All-Stars, American Idol w/ Travis Garland and Stefano Langone, Korean Pop Star BoA and many more. He has also appeared in commercials for Marshall’s, Cali-Max, and Milk-Canada.
(Artistic Director) Brian Rabenda was the Owner/Artistic Director of Award winning and nationally recognized B-Discovered Dance Company in Chicago IL, as well as a freelance teacher/ choreographer. With well over a decade of teaching experience Brian strives to share his knowledge and experience with his students-providing not only exceptional technique but also to develop a strong work ethic. His choreography/training has won dancers countless awards, including top scores, and national titles. His students have gone on to the countries top Universities and Conservatories such as USC, Juilliard Summer Program and University of Arizona. Along with training dancers Brian is a master adjudicator for top conventions and competitions around the country. Brian is known for pushing his students to their ultimate potential, allowing them to discover the talent within. His movement comes from his heart, creating, and refining works of art to share with his audience.
(ASST. TEACHER) Vanessa Urbán began her training in dance at the age of 3, studying ballet, tap, jazz, and gymnastics. At the age of 12 she discovered her true passion in hip hop dance, joined the competitive company at Xtreme, and never looked back. From ages 12-19, Vanessa was an active member of Xtreme Dance Force, training under the instruction of Sam Renzetti, JC Renzetti, Alvin Ramirez, Robert Lewis, Matt Pilalis, Gil Mata and many more. During her time on Xtreme’s competitive team, Vanessa received numerous awards with the company for small and large groups, lines and productions. She is also proud to have experienced winning three national Victory Cups with her Xtreme team. Vanessa now attends College of DuPage full-time and is preparing a transfer to North Central College in Naperville to complete her Bachelor’s Degree. In addition to dance, Vanessa has a love for music and has participated in numerous vocal productions and competitions. Vanessa’s educational and professional goals are focused on Music Therapy and Speech Language Pathology. With her passion for dance and music, and her awareness on the power of teamwork, Vanessa is excited to share her experiences with the next generation of Xtreme Dance Force.
Stephanie Arvanites has been dancing since she was the age of two, studying all styles of dance. She started her training at Inspire School of Dance where she learned from Anne Forest, Kelly Hill, Sara Bibik, and Margaret Palmer, also where she started her competitive dance training. Stephanie wanted to expand her education and continue to develop additional styles and expression of dance. At the age of ten she discovered Xtreme Dance Center and competed on their company Xtreme Dance Force. Through Xtreme, Stephanie expanded her jazz and lyrical knowledge and grew immensely in hip hop. While at Xtreme, she trained with Sam Renzetti, JC Renzetti, Jacquie Renzetti, Gil Mata, Debra Nanni, Avnun Yakubov, and Ryan Browning. Stephanie received several awards while on Xtreme and was able to continue their title as a 10-time World Victory Cup Champion. For the last 10 years she has specialized in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, and hip hop. In her high school years, Stephanie attended Plainfield North High School and was a member of the Tigerette Dance Team. She is currently attending Lewis University and is majoring in Accounting. Stephanie will plan on achieving her Masters after she finishes her Bachelors degree. She is excited to share her passion and knowledge of dance with the students at Xtreme Dance Center.
